-I'm not responsible for lost mails

(Picture proofs will be sent to you through carousell)

(Video proofs will be sent to you through whatsapp)--> Please send me your number for me to send video proof to you!

^Proofs will be deleted after one week after mailed!

-I'm not responsible for damaged mails

(Protections must be requested and may need extra topup!)--> State in remarks how you wish to protect your item :)

^If I do not tell you how I am protecting your item, please request or ask me :)

-I'm not responsible for suppliers scams

(However, this is rare as I've dealed with them many times and they never scammed before :))

-I will not remove anything from the purchased item unless stated otherwise

(There may be manufacturing errors- missing items in the album and etc. and even if I have stated in the listing, there may be a certain item that came along- e.g. poster, they may go oos anytime. No refunds will be made.)

-I’m not responsible for the quality of the item as I am somewhat just the middleman and just sending orders and dispatching the goods received from supplier to you. Any defects may just be caused by shipping and etc.

Do check your items on the spot when meeting up! If the condition is really horrible like 5/10, I will refund you half of your payment but once you have left the meetup place, no refunds will be made at all!

-Conditions of the goods I sell are usually between 9.5-10/10 unless stated otherwise :)

(For instock items, always check the listing first as I may state the condition/defects of the items there)

-Refunds are only made accordingly in cases when the item purchased has gone oos or oop :)

-Orders will arrive 1-2weeks after orders placed unless there are unexpected delays ><

-Orders are only placed after full payment received!

-Reservations for instock items are only allowed if half payment is made.

(1 month at most. After 1 month, if items are not paid, the half payment will be confiscated as a backout fee.)

-All preorder items must be collected by 3 months from the day of arrival.

(Any items that are not collected after 3 months will be confiscated and no refunds will be made.)

-Priority goes to anyone who is able to deal first!

(Will inform you if the item is pending and etc. Will also inform you if deal fails.)

^Two ways to get your item, pay more or arrange a meetup session that is earlier than the other person :)

-Please refrain from asking whether your item has arrived! Imagine many people ask me, my carousell feed will be flooded. It will be difficult for me to check.

-Everyone who have left a positive feedback will stand a chance to win in a giveaway which would be held annually :)
